Transformers #80 Cover Art ‘Recreation’

Due to the number of enquiries I have had over the years about selling this cover and the fact that I never will I am offering a limited number of 'Recreation'. The process involves scanning the original art, separating the illustration from the graphics (in Photoshop), turning the illustration into a very faint blue image, printing it out onto 11x17" Bristol Art Board, and then getting to work. The inking process is done in exactly the same way as the original. That is, if the original was done using India Ink and a brush, then that is how the recreation is done. If it was pen, then pen is used. This makes the final as close as possible to the original. So close that it is very difficult to tell them apart.
